Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cups all purpose or bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix sourdough starter, honey, and water in medium size bowl.
- Add flour and salt, mix until incorporated. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Every 15-30 minutes, stretch and fold your dough. Complete 2-3 sets of stretch and folds.
- Leave covered dough on counter until doubled in bulk.
- Shape in 6-8 balls, roll out into tortilla size. Fry in cast iron pan with coconut oil or lard.
