Sourdough Wraps

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 cups all purpose or bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Mix sourdough starter, honey, and water in medium size bowl.
  • Add flour and salt, mix until incorporated. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Every 15-30 minutes, stretch and fold your dough. Complete 2-3 sets of stretch and folds.
  • Leave covered dough on counter until doubled in bulk.
  • Shape in 6-8 balls, roll out into tortilla size. Fry in cast iron pan with coconut oil or lard.
