Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars.
- Add egg and sourdough starter, mix until incorporated.
- In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Mix in dry ingredients just until incorporated.
- Make dough into balls, and flatten with fork in a cross section pattern.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
